Kaepernick has been dealing with shoulder fatigue but came back to practice on Monday. Coach Chip Kelly said earlier Wednesday that the coaching staff will sit down and divvy up quarterback reps on Thursday.

Teddy Bridgewater got more work in the Vikings' Wednesday practice than he did on Tuesday, throwing a 40-yard pass downfield and hitting Kyle Rudolph on a pair of crossing routes. Bridgewater, who sat out last Thursday night with a sore shoulder, said he plans to play on Sunday against the San Diego Chargers. On his 40-yard throw on Wednesday, Bridgewater overthrew Rudolph, but a referee working the practice called Captain Munnerlyn for pass interference.
