In response to his first NFL win as a starting quarterback, I decided to profile No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford this week.
Against the Redskins, he spread the ball around very effectively and, as he has been all season, was poised beyond his years. He is ridiculously accurate and throws an incredibly catchable ball to all levels of the field.
It won't be this year. It probably will not be next year. But Bradford is going to the Pro Bowl. In fact, he is going to many.
The next test for this young phenom is how he handles the Rams' offense without stud RB Steven Jackson (groin) available to lean on in the running game and out of the backfield. There will be plenty of speed bumps, but I have confidence in Bradford.
