2015 NFL Power Rankings: Week 4

Updated: October 6, 2015, 9:24 AM ET

The Patriots, No. 1 here for the third straight week, improved to 3-0 in a Week 3 stomping of the Jaguars.

Surprised? Of course not. In fact, if you're looking for a surprise team among the seven remaining unbeatens, Atlanta is the best we can offer. After rallying to beat the Cowboys on Sunday, the Falcons cracked the top 10 for the first time this season, rising from No. 11 to No. 6.

That's where the underdog theme among our top 10 ends (unless you consider the 2-1 Bills, who are No. 10). The league's other 3-0 teams were in the playoffs last season, and all except Carolina (now No. 9 after a five-spot jump) had a lofty preseason ranking.

It might be too early to anoint Atlanta as a real Super Bowl contender, but the team's hot start has definitely resonated with ESPN's Power Panel. It's also given us an early -- and needed -- talking point.
