Rams are still in search of a center and would prefer one with experience for Jared Goff, who's still only 22. They're exploring free agency and trades for that. But besides that, they are pretty much done with free agency. At least for now. Rams are estimated to have somewhere between $10M and $12M in cap space, but roughly $5M of that will go to the draft.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said he's not pleased that he was the lone no vote on the Raiders move to Las Vegas. But he did so because of the fans in Oakland.

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam to ESPN.com's to Pat MacManamon on whether he has any issue with the Titans' ownership structure: "That's a commissioner issue and not something I care to comment on." Roger Goodall has said the NFL has an issue with the Titans' ownership structure, which has Amy Adams Strunk as controlling owner. John Mara of the Giants (in Jan. of 2016) and Jerry Jones of the Cowboys (in Jan. of 2017) have each said they have no problem with the Titans' ownership structure. Jones said "I'm not in that segment that has any critique of her role. I'm not. I don't have any suggestions altering the structure." Though he's now been asked, we don't know if Haslam is in that segment.

The Bills have claimed DE Scott Crichton off waivers from the Vikings, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates. Crichton, a third-round pick in 2014, had been a disappointment in three seasons with Minnesota, totaling only 10 tackles and no sacks. He has the size (6-foot-3, 273 pounds) to be a rotational depth player at defensive end for Sean McDermott's 4-3 system in Buffalo; he will carry a $933,081 cap number if he makes the Bills' roster.
