Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was a limited participant in today's practice because of a knee and a right pectoral injury. The knee issue stems from Week 3, but the pectoral injury is new, presumably from Sunday's game.

Chargers TE Hunter Henry (concussion) was a limited participant on Wednesday. Head coach Mike McCoy said he's hopeful Henry can play on Sunday. Receivers Travis Benjamin (knee) and Tyrell Williams (knee) also did not practice, but considered more of a maintenance day.
