Ravens Pro Bowl guard Marshal Yanda had shoulder surgery this offseason and will be held out of workouts this spring, coach John Harbaugh said. "He'll be ready for training camp, 100 percent," Harbaugh said.

Bills coach Sean McDermott says Ramon Humber and Lorenzo Alexander are currently slated to be his outside linebackers in 4-3 defense. That's a jump for Humber, who was almost exclusively a special teams player last season for Buffalo.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Joe Flacco is an "elite quarterback" and the goal from the start has been to win multiple Super Bowls with him. "I believe in Joe Flacco and what he can do on game days and what he can do as a leader," Harbaugh said.

Asked why he doesn't just slam the door shut on Tony Romo speculation, Broncos head coach Vance Joseph said, "Our overall philosophy is to not rule anything out." Joseph said the Broncos will look at any available players who can help Denver. Romo, of course, is still under contract with the Cowboys and not technically available.

The Bucs have defensive line coach Jay Hayes at the University of Florida pro day today. Defensive tackle Caleb Brantley (the Bucs interviewed him at the combine) and defensive end Bryan Cox, Jr. are the two to watch here. Brantley's actually drawn comparisons to Aaron Donald.

Robert Kraft on the stunning comeback against the Falcons: "It was great vindication for us."

Bills coach Sean McDermott says he believes his No. 2 receiver behind Sammy Watkins is already on the roster. That would presumably tamper talk that Bills will find their starting wideout with the No. 10 pick next month. Andre Holmes probably leads the pack of competition alongside Watkins.

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn talked about the transition his team is making from San Diego to Los Angeles: "If we go out and play well, all of those distractions and other things people are talking about, it will take care of itself."

Jamison Hensley ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens coach John Harbaugh is very high on second-round pick Kamalei Correa making an impact this upcoming season and replacing retired Zach Orr. "I'm very confident Kamalei Correa can win the (weak-side) linebacker spot," Harbaugh said.

Bills coach Sean McDermott says his alarm clock is typically set between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. In Carolina, he would get into facility around 4 or 5 a.m. to practice mixed martial arts. "I got to stay in shape, because these players are in great shape, they're in peak condition," he jokes. "I can't be out there out of shape."

Ravens tight end Ben Watson hasn't been cleared to practice after tearing his Achillles last preseason, coach John Harbaugh said. Harbaugh noted that Watson is ahead of schedule.

Sean McDermott says he envisions 2016 second-round pick Reggie Ragland starting at middle linebacker, comparing his role to former Panthers LB Luke Kuechly and Eagles LB Jeremiah Trotter. Ragland missed all of last season with a torn ACL. Where does that leave Preston Brown? McDermott says middle linebacker too, but doesn't label him a starter. Brown started each of the past three seasons for Buffalo, wearing the play call helmet.

Broncos head coach Vance Joseph: "[Tony] Romo's a non-issue. ... We haven't had one meeting about Romo." What about Colin Kaepernick? "We have not discussed him."

Jamison Hensley ESPN Staff Writer

Ravens coach John Harbaugh said he hasn't taken Ben Roethlisberger's retirement talk seriously. "We're preparing for No. 7," Harbaugh said.

Mike Rodak ESPN Staff Writer

Bills coach Sean McDermott says his philosophy in coaching is "less is more. ... I believe in clear expectations, clear lines and letting the players play and go have fun." McDermott's approach is in stark contrast to Rex Ryan's defensive scheme, which players often said was too complicated and unwieldy schematically.

"The Raider Nation travels well...I had mixed emotions then (when the Raiders moved to Los Angeles in 1982), sad for my family and friends. I was fired up, at Southern Cal, that my team was there." - Raiders coach Jack Del Rio, who grew up in the Oakland suburb of Hayward, on the Raiders' impending relocation to Las Vegas.
