Updating the status of Seahawks safety Earl Thomas and WR Tyler Lockett, Pete Carroll said, "It's a little bit different. Tyler's a little bit ahead because of the surgery he had. Earl's doing really well. They'll be around and involved in a little bit of everything, but they won't be able to go full speed. We probably won't get either guy until [training] camp. I know Tyler wants to get back sooner than that. He may, but we'll see." Carroll added that he'd be "really surprised" if CB DeShawn Shead (knee) made it back for Week 1.
