Cowboys defense shredded for a 71-yard gain by Jay Ajayi after giving up just 35 rushing yards in the first half. The Eagles now have a 23-9 lead with scores on their first two possessions of the second half. Sensing folks will be wondering about second-half adjustments.

It's weird to see Collinsworth talk about how you never see young QBs play well in the red zone given how well known the Mariota story is

The Broncos players weren't happy that John Elway said Friday night the team had gotten "a little bit soft" since their Week 5 bye. But they haven't won since as the Broncos dropped to 3-7 after Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and those same players are having an increasingly difficult time trying to explain why they can't stop their losing streak.

Eagles LB Kamu Grugier-Hill played soccer until he was in high school. Subbing for injured kicker Jake Elliott, he showed off his skills with a kickoff that reached the end zone. He'll have kicking duties the rest of the night with Elliott sidelined with a head injury.

Carson Wentz, Eagles offense regain form to open second half. Undrafted rookie RB Corey Clement continues to impress, rushes for 11-yard TD then adds two-point conversion reception. Eagles back on top.

With Jake Elliott out, the Eagles are turning to linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill to kickoff. Let's see if he can do what Jeff Heath did for the Cowboys in San Francisco handling kickoffs.

Eagles open up the second half like they did the first with a 75-yard touchdown drive with Corey Clement's 11-yard touchdown. The Eagles faced third down twice and picked up 28 and 18 yards.

Jerry Jones is being presented with his Hall of Fame ring at halftime by Pro Football Hall of Fame president David Baker.

QB Carson Wentz was a perfect 4-for-4 on the opening drive but just 3-of-14 the rest of the half. The Eagles, coming off their bye, have been disjointed on offense. Wentz averaging just 4.4 yards per attempt.

Life Without Sean Lee in the first half has gone much better for the Cowboys than in their previous five games without their linebacker. After the Eagles drove 75 yards for a touchdown on their first drive, they have had 30 yards on their last six possessions. The Cowboys have a 9-7 lead at halftime thanks to their defense. Life Without Ezekiel Elliott is still a work in progress.

Best defensive half of the season from the Cowboys, especially given the absence of Sean Lee.

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn liked that his team played mistake-free football: "What I took away from this game was, we played smart. Regardless of who they started at quarterback, we didn't play dumb football. We had one penalty the whole game, and we didn't get it until the fourth quarter. That's what we emphasize and what's what we need."

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

The Cowboys had a 15-play, 59-yard drive that took up 7:19 before Mike Nugent's third field goal of the first half.

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

Cowboys have turned to a methodical approach on this drive after calling five straight passes over their previous two possessions. They took over wit 8:14 left in the second quarter and have the ball at the Philadelphia 40 at the two-minute warning. They need to just grind away.

Everybody came to this game to see Dak Prescott vs. Carson Wentz. Turns out it's about the punters so far, Chris Jones vs. Donnie Jones. First guy who blinks wins.
