Kevin O'Neal loudly challenges back at the assistant DA when she was asking about Will Smith's family losing him. O'Neal said, "Did her husband bring it by his own demise?" That led to loud sobbing from someone in the group of Smith's family and friends. O'Neal continued, "At no point in time did I ever see (Cardell Hayes) irate or aggressive with anyone out there ... God's honest truth." And O'Neal said they were just two men in one car surrounded by a group of people who had already hit them in traffic, then come charging at them with hostility after the second accident.

The Packers started practice inside the Don Hutson Center but were scheduled to move outside for 11-on-11 periods. Temperature in Green Bay is in the high 20s, which is about the same as is forecasted for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Redskins tight end Jordan Reed showed discomfort with his left shoulder on some plays but then had to reach up and grab a fade route in the end zone. There's still uncertainty about whether he'll play Sunday at Philadelphia.
