Cardinals force two straight three-and-outs on the Seahawks and are getting to QB Russell Wilson often, either with pressure or knockdowns. But the Cardinals offense hasn't moved the ball past midfield. It needs to capitalize on the defense's great start.

Antonio Brown said a Patriots defender "kneed me in the quad," feels pretty good postgame.

Russell Wilson has just 35 yards rushing on 21 carries coming into tonight's game. He kept the ball on a zone read play on third down, but was dropped behind the line of scrimmage. Wilson continues to get treatment on his injured knee and ankle and has not looked like a running threat at any point.

Kevin Seifert NFL Nation

Russell Wilson's knee injury was pretty noticeable on that read option. He looked slowwwww -- although Cardinals S Tony Jefferson made a nice open-field tackle.

Carson Palmer's hamstring didn't seem to be an issue on the Arizona Cardinals' first drive. He went 4-for-4 for 35 yards and appeared to be moving well.

Told that Stephen Gostkowski said, "Right now, I stink", Bill Belichick was asked his level of concern with Gostkowski. Belichick's response: "Nobody works harder than Steve does. He is a very talented player. He is mentally tough. We'll work through it. Again, this is a tough place to kick. Not making any excuses; those are kicks that I know he expressed (how he feels) but the kicker on the other side of the field had trouble too. This is a tough ... but we gotta make them."

Devonta Freeman said if Falcons get in another situation like that with a fourth and 1 play during a crucial time he expects them to go for it again.

Despite a good number of neon green shirts donned by Seattle Seahawks supporters in the stadium so far, the Seahawks were booed quite loudly when they just ran out of their tunnel. The boos drowned out the cheers here in Arizona.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

The Giants were outgained 345-232. The Rams converted close to 50% on third down. Only reason Giants won? Turnovers (4-1).

Mike Reiss ESPN Staff Writer

Tom Brady says a team finds out a lot about itself with how it responds to adversity, and while he said the Patriots had "self-inflicted wounds" against the Steelers, he liked how how the Patriots rose up when it counted.
