"This is one of the games that I think I'll probably look back and point to as one of the more frustrating games not only this season but of my tenure as a general manager. It's really difficult to process the lack of execution." — Cardinals GM Steve Keim this morning on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.

In his radio interview with 710 ESPN Seattle, Pete Carroll said he's not concerned about anything lingering between Earl Thomas and Bobby Wagner after Wagner took issue with a postgame comment from Thomas. Carroll chalked it up to "emotions and all that." Said Carroll: "Guys say something that they maybe shouldn't have said, or they wish they would have said it to each other. But that's media. Your thoughts go out. Those guys have been together for a long time and they've been through a lot together. They'll work everything out. I'm not worried about anything going forward. But that's too bad that that's what social media does."

Two big observations from Titans snap counts following their 25-23 loss to the 49ers: First, we're still waiting for Derrick Henry to be unleashed. He's been treated as a traditional backup. DeMarco Murray outsnapped Henry 3-to-1 and got 19 touches to Henry's 9. Second, it's the most 3 WR sets we've seen all season from Titans with Rishard Matthews, Eric Decker and Corey Davis all playing more than 80%.

Bill O'Brien was asked about reports that he would leave the team after this season. He said, "I will never resign as the head coach of the Houston Texans." O'Brien said whether or not he gets a contract extension is up to owner Bob McNair. O'Brien has one season remaining on the five-year contract he signed when he became the head coach of the Texans in 2014.

Jim Caldwell: "All I'm worried about is Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Cincinnati" when asked about it being 24 years without a division title for the Lions. Would only answer with Cincinnati. Lions play the Bengals on Christmas Eve and have to beat Cincinnati to have any real shot at a wild-card berth. Lions were officially knocked out of the NFC North race with Minnesota's win over Cincinnati on Sunday.

Bill O'Brien on Jadeveon Clowney's comment calling Blake Bortles "trash": "Blake played a good game. In the locker room things are said ... it's a locker room."

Head coach Bill O'Brien said there's "a chance" Tom Savage could miss the last two games with a concussion. O'Brien said Savage is "OK."

Jim Caldwell doesn't want to answer a question about Marvin Lewis and what he's meant to Cincinnati because Lewis refuted the report that he is unlikely to be back in 2018. Said we should ask Lewis about that when we get him on a conference call later this week.

Titans (8-6) have a 63.1% chance to make the playoffs, per ESPN Stats & Info, sixth best of AFC teams. Ravens (91.8%) are favorites for top wild card spot. 8-6 Bills (27%), 7-7 Chargers (20%) are Titans top challengers for final spot. It won't matter much if TENN can't win a game.

Vance Joseph said Monday no decision has been made about who will start at quarterback for the Broncos Sunday against the Redskins. Joseph added Paxton Lynch was at the team's facility Saturday and Sunday to throw some and get treatment on his injured ankle.

Snap counts carry much less meaning in a lopsided loss like the one the Seahawks suffered yesterday, but here's what they looked like for Seattle's offense. Russell Wilson was in for all but three offensive snaps despite the game being out of hand and the Rams sacking him seven times.

Saints LB Craig Robertson on getting a rematch against the Falcons just two weeks after a bitter 20-17 loss at Atlanta: “This game means a lot, more so because it's a division game, and more so because we haven't beat ‘em in my last three opportunities. So it's another opportunity for myself to get my first win against these guys since I've been a Saint. And it's just a good opportunity for this team to see where we're at.”
