Bears QB depth chart will be something like this: Mike Glennon, Mark Sanchez, David Fales, Connor Shaw. Hard to imagine them going QB early.

Bucs secondary coach Jon Hoke worked out Washington safety Budda Baker on Wednesday. He's worked out for six teams so far. At 5-foot-10 and 195 pounds, he's a bit undersized, but has a knack for flying around the ball. Very instinctive. Sure-tackler. There's some Tyrann Matthieu to him.

Another now-former Lions defensive lineman has found a new home. Tyrunn Walker, who had been with the club the last two years, has signed with the Rams according to Adam Schefter. Walker started a chunk of games this year for Detroit but did not have the big season many anticipated. Once the Lions signed Akeem Spence in free agency, it became pretty clear the Lions were moving on from Walker. Off the field, Walker is very involved in helping his hometown of New Iberia, Louisiana.

NFL competition committee is proposing a rule change that would invalidate the strategy used by the Ravens last season to close out a game against the Bengals. The rule would prohibit a team from committing multiple fouls in an attempt to manipulate the game clock. The Ravens had nine players commit holding to protect punter Sam Koch while he ran out the clock. If approved, the rule would make this a 15-yard penalty and reset the clock.

RB Donnel Pumphrey catches a pass as New York Jets running backs coach Stump Mitchell looks on at San Diego State's pro day Thursday. Pumphrey stood on his combine numbers. He did a nice job catching punts and going through bag drills. The FBS all-time leading rusher with 6,405 yards, Pumphrey understands he'll have to make it as pass-catching back and returner at the next level.
