The Giants signed LB Deontae Skinner off practice squad. Waived OL Shane McDermott. This is because they need special teams help and Brett Jones and Marshall Newhouse looking good for Sunday. McDermott became expendable.

T.J. Barnes, a 364-pound defensive lineman, has been activated from the practice squad and could play for the Chiefs on Sunday against the Falcons. Two of the Chiefs' other five defensive linemen were on the injury report at the end of the week.
