Broncos CBs Aqib Talib and Chris Harris...Challenged routes tonight versus the Texans. Physical. Played with technique. This will be a good tape for young DBs to study. That's how you compete in the secondary.

Broncos haven't lost two consecutive home games or lost three games in a row since the 2011 season. And the 27-9 win over the Texans Monday night kept those streaks intact.

Really impressed with Broncos rookie RB Devontae Booker tonight. He hits the hole with speed and runs with power. Very physical at the point of attack, too. Looks like a fit for the Denver run game. Booker has 17 carries on the night for 83 yards (4.9 yards per carry) and a touchdown.

The worst QB in the league 20 years ago was Bobby Hebert, who threw picks nearly twice as frequently as Brock Osweiler.

Per NFL SVP of officiating Dean Blandino, Brock Osweiler's fumble was upheld on replay because the NFL rule book says a player's hand must be coming forward with complete control to be ruled a pass. The ball, according to Blandino, started to get loose "just as [the] hand comes forward." That falls short of the replay standard for a "clear and obvious" mistake to overturn.

Broncos linebacker Dekoda Watson, a special teams regular, is being evaluated for a concussion.
