GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd is expected to miss three to four weeks after dislocating three fingers on his left hand in Wednesday's practice, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Earlier media reports disclosed that Floyd's fingers were broken and that his timetable for a return to the field was approximately six weeks.
Floyd suffered the injury in the first 45 minutes of Wednesday's practice. He left and did not return.
Coach Bruce Arians will not address the media until Friday morning because the Cardinals are off Thursday.
Floyd, who enters his fourth season out of Notre Dame, caught 95 passes for 841 yards and a career-high six touchdowns last season. The Cardinals picked up the fifth-year option on his rookie deal in April.
