Cardinals sign LBs Josh Bynes, Terence Waugh

The Arizona Cardinals picked up a pair of linebackers Saturday with the signings of Josh Bynes and Terence Waugh.

Bynes, 24, was signed by the Detroit Lions from the Baltimore Ravens' practice squad during the 2014 season and became a valuable piece of Detroit's special teams and defense.

Initially undrafted out of Auburn, Bynes landed with Baltimore in 2011 and won a Super Bowl with the Ravens in 2012.

He has appeared in 64 career games, making 221 tackles with 12 passes broken up, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, 1 interception and a 1/2 sack. He has 12 career special-teams tackles.

Waugh is an undrafted rookie free agent out of Kent State. He was an all-MAC first-team honoree in 2016 after posting a team-leading eight sacks and 15 tackles for loss.
