Texans' Andre Johnson out vs. Colts

INDIANAPOLIS -- Houston Texans receiver Andre Johnson was inactive for Thursday night's game against the Colts.

Johnson told ESPN reporter Bob Holtzman after the Texans' loss to the Colts that he plans to practice Monday and expects to play next Sunday.

Houston guard Mike Brisiel also missed Thursday's game with an ankle injury and Antoine Caldwell replaced him.

Other Texans inactive because of injuries were cornerback Sherrick McManis (ankle) and free safety Troy Nolan (ankle).

Indianapolis tight end Dallas Clark was out again with a neck injury. He missed four games after injuring his lower left leg, then played two weeks ago against Baltimore before sitting out against Tennessee. Jacob Tamme started in his place.
