Dwayne Bowe battling groin injury

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs went through their final practice session of the week without wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, who has a groin injury.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid indicated a decision on Bowe's availability for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns at Arrowhead Stadium would be made on game day.

"It's day to day,'' Reid said. "We'll just see how he does. He's feeling a little bit better today than he did yesterday.''

Bowe is listed as questionable on the injury report. According to the league's definition, questionable means he has a 50-50 chance of playing.

Bowe, who was injured toward the end of practice on Thursday, is second on the Chiefs in catches with 25 and third in yards with 295. He has two touchdowns.

Next in line if Bowe doesn't play against Cleveland is Junior Hemingway. The 6-foot-1, 225-pound Hemingway is about as big as Bowe. In limited playing time this season, he has four catches for 27 yards and a touchdown.
