"Yeah, I want to be great. I want to go down as one of the best. ... If I don't get it this year, I'm going to get it at some point. I promise you."

Seth Walder ESPN Analytics

The Giants had their best pass blocking day this season in their win over the Redskins, recording a pass block win rate of 74% -- best among all teams thus far in Week 14. Not only that, but they did it against a Washington team that ranked sixth in pass rush win rate entering the week. The Giants entered Week 14 with the third-worst pass block win rate of 38%. All five of the Giants' offensive linemen performed well in pass block win rate in the game, but rookie LG Will Hernandez led the way with a PBWR of 94%. Barkley rushes for 170 yards, Giants rout Redskins 40-16

Saquon Barkley rushed for 170 yards, including a 78-yard touchdown to surpass 1,000 for the season, Eli Manning threw for three scores and the New York Giants routed the Redskins 40-16 Sunday to effectively end Washington's already-slim playoff hopes.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

This was the ideal game for the Giants. Lean on Saquon Barkley (170 yards rushing). Work off the play-action. Eli Manning had three TDs on 22 pass attempts. Defense made plays (3 turnovers) and scored a TD for the third time in four weeks. It equaled a 40-16 demolition of the Redskins.
