The Raiders have the fifth-most salary cap room in the NFL with more than $33.3 million in space, per ESPN Stats & Information, as they conclude off-season workouts. They still have to sign their top three draft picks, though, and an extension for QB Derek Carr remains in the works, as well as potentially for RG Gabe Jackson. Carr, a second-round pick in 2014, said he would not entertain talks after training camp begins and would simply play out the final year of his rookie contract. The Raiders report to Napa on July 28.
