Philly was far better in Doug Pederson's first season as head coach when playing at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles won only three home games in 2015.

Play of the day: Eagles QB Carson Wentz dropped a touchdown pass into WR Marcus Johnson in the corner of the end zone with CB Rasul Douglas in coverage. Johnson, a second-year player out of Texas, is someone to keep an eye on this summer. He could make the team with a strong camp.

Overheard: "You're afraid of confrontation. You've got to get that out of your system. You've got to create the confrontation!" Eagles DL coach Chris Wilson to rookie DE Derek Barnett during pass rush drills Tuesday. Barnett explained afterwards that Wilson wants him to get on the tackle as quick as possible to put pressure on him. The first-round pick could be an immediate contributor and is getting coached up hard at the start of camp.
