Highlights of Titans OTAs was an open-field 1-on-1 tackling (2-hand touch) drill. Defenders had 15-20 yard wide sidelines as leverage. Offensive player had attacking speed and their change of direction ability. Very competitive and energetic period. Plenty of guys getting juked out of their shoes, also many stops. Titans DB coach Kerry Coombs was yelling out the winners and those who looked silly. Vrabel on Coombs, "we let the little hyena out of his cage." Some HS coaches in attendance — for a clinic — said they would adopt it. Fun but important two-way teaching drill.
