Titans TE Stevens retires after eight seasons

Titans tight end Craig Stevens has retired, with his agent saying the eight-year veteran is "ready to go on with the next part of his life."

Mike Mularkey said last year's third-round pick, Jeremiah Poutasi, would have to play better for the team to even consider him for a starting role. He never seemed in it, but he's certainly not the left guard. He's backing up right guard Chance Warmack. And depending on the time the team is willing to give him to develop, he could be looking for a new team after cuts.
