Bills CB Tre'Davious White tweeted about Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins after Buffalo's 20-13 loss Sunday, writing, "Damn they hiding a all pro receiver in the back field to getting away from me now … 2 catches for like 30 some yards and a lot crying to the refs smh .. [lock emoji].” Hopkins finished with five catches for 63 yards and a touchdown against White, but White later clarified in a tweet that he meant Hopkins only made two catches against him and the others in the slot. White later deleted both tweets.

Bills WR Kelvin Benjamin described a report from WHAM before Sunday's 20-13 game that he declined to run routes pregame with QB Josh Allen as "misinformation." Benjamin said he felt ready for the game when Allen asked him if he needed more routes and that he wanted to "conserve his energy" and get an IV before kickoff. "It wasn't a question of, 'Do you want to run routes?' and I declined," Benjamin said. "That's just somebody trying to take something and run with it, try to get their name out there. Pregame is the player's choice to warm up to get ready for the game."

After throwing two more interceptions, including a pick-six, to seal the Bills' 20-13 loss Sunday to the Houston Texans, QB Nathan Peterman said he will look to his "true identity in Christ" to overcome his latest stumble. "Being a child of God, basically," Peterman said. "Not finding my identity in football. Just trying to find it in who I really am. Again, I love this game and I put everything I have into this game but I can't let it define me either."

Bills rookie QB Josh Allen did not speak to reporters following Sunday's 20-13 loss to the Texans, but was noticeably favoring his injured right arm while changing clothes. Allen left in the third quarter with an elbow injury and was listed as questionable to return. At one point, trainers put a wrap around Allen's right arm but he remained on the bench while Nathan Peterman threw two game-sealing interceptions.

Another chapter was written Sunday in the tragic novel that is Nathan Peterman's career after Peterman threw a pick-six and another interception to give the Texans a 20-13 win over Buffalo after rookie Josh Allen suffered an elbow injury. As soon as newly-signed Derek Anderson is ready, the Bills must make him their No. 2 quarterback and possibly start if Allen remains out.
