Titans sign two O-linemen

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans have signed offensive linemen Michael Jasper and Jonathan Palmer to boost their roster up to 90 players after a couple of injuries.

Center Eugene Amano tore his right triceps early in training camp, left guard Steve Hutchinson has been getting some time off for rest and tackle Mike Otto dislocated his ring finger Tuesday night.

Coach Mike Munchak said Wednesday that the Titans wanted some depth.

The 6-foot-4, 375-pound Jasper was on Buffalo's practice squad last season and on the active roster for the final week. A seventh-round draft pick out of Bethel, Jasper is a native of Mount Juliet, Tenn.

Palmer, 6-5 and 338 pounds, has spent time on practice squads in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Carolina and Arizona since finishing his college career at Auburn.
