Carlisle return to winning ways against lowly Chesterfield

Second-bottom Chesterfield tumbled to a fourth-successive League Two defeat after losing 2-0 to a Carlisle side who returned to winning ways.
Kelvin Etuhu gave Carlisle a first-half lead and - after Chesterfield's Louis Reed has seen a goal disallowed - John O'Sullivan sealed it for Carlisle with a late strike.
There was an early scare for the home side when Josh Kay played in Bradley Barry, whose low cross-shot spun up off the boot of central defender Clint Hill and struck the bar.
Carlisle went in front after 19 minutes when Hope's initial effort was blocked and Ashley Nadesan laid the ball back for Etuhu to slam a 20-yard shot into the bottom corner - giving goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale no chance.
It was Etuhu's final contribution as a couple of minutes later he was led off with a hamstring injury.
Cole Stockton missed a gilt-edged chance to double Carlisle's lead after 56 minutes after Nadesan nicked the ball off Alex Whitmore to play it across the six-yard box. Stockton got himself in a tangle and scuffed his effort wide.
The struggling Spireites were denied an equaliser in the 72nd minute when a defensive header was hammered straight back past Bonham by Louis Reed only for the referee's assistant to raise his flag. After a brief consultation the officials disallowed the strike.
Carlisle made it safe eight minutes from time when Tom Parkes headed on a Jamie Devitt corner and substitute O'Sullivan was on hand to drive the ball home from eight yards.
