PRAGUE -- Sparta Prague striker Patrik Schick is moving to Sampdoria.
The Czech club says the 20-year-old Schick passed a medical in Genoa on Wednesday. Sampdoria have confirmed the transfer.
Financial details were not immediately available though Czech media speculated the Italian club paid €4 million ($4.4 million).
Schick scored eight goals in qualifying games for the 2017 under-21 European Championship and played 28 minutes for the Czech Republic in a Euro 2016 warm-up match against Malta.
