Gimelstob, a New Jersey native, has always been known for his colorful ways, highlighted last summer by his classic battle with Lleyton Hewitt at Wimbledon. He owns 13 career doubles titles, and will be playing events in the U.S. throughout February, starting the week after the Australian Open in Delray Beach, Florida.
At this year's Australian Open, he fell in the first round to youngster Marcos Baghdatis. In doubles, he's teamed with Aussie Ashley Fisher, and will take on No. 15 seed Michal Mertinak and Dominik Hrbaty in the third round.
