Welcome to The Show! On Friday, Utah Blaze QB Joe Germaine will stop by to chat about the 2008 AFL season.

Germaine and his Blaze teammates host the Los Angeles Avengers Monday (10 p.m. ET, ESPN2). The game is a key battle for the playoffs in the American Conference. Entering the game, Utah (4-10) sits in the sixth seed and LA (4-9) is in the fifth seed.

In his fourth season in the AFL, Germaine has quickly established himself as one of the AFL's elite QBs. The 2008 season is no different. The Ohio State product is second in the league in QB rating (124.3), passing yards (3,995) and TD passes (81).

Germaine's 2007 regular season was a record-breaking one. He finished with a league-leading 5,005 passing yards, which established a new league mark, breaking Mark Grieb's record of 4,841. He also led the league in completions (422), while finishing second in TD passes (107) and attempts (617).
