Welcome to SportsNation! On Monday, baseball Hall of Famer Dave Winfield stops by to chat about his involvement with's "Answers for the Cure."

Serving as an official spokesperson for the program, Winfield will be featured in national radio and television public service announcements to raise awareness about the disease that will affect one in eight American women during their lifetime.

During his 22-year playing career, Winfield was known as a dedicated and superior athlete. His hard work and athleticism helped him become a 12-time All-Star and win seven Gold Glove awards. He won a World Series with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992 and was voted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 2001.
