SueBird Bird is a member of the WNBA's All-Decade team.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, seven-time WNBA All-Star and Seattle Storm guard Sue Bird stops by to chat.

In her eighth season as a member of the Storm, Bird has helped lead them to the playoffs in every season except her rookie outing. Bird lead the WNBA in assists last season with 5.8 per game and is second, only behind Ticha Penicheiro, in career assists with 1,425.

In the 2003-04 offseason, Bird was named to USA's 2004 Women's Olympic Basketball Team roster. The team went on to win the gold medal at the Athens games. In 2008, she was invited back to the team as they went on to win another gold at the Beijing Olympics.
