Bernie Williams
Williams was the 1996 ALCS MVP.

Welcome to SportsNation! We'll have a special guest joining us Wednesday for The Morning Buzz when former New York Yankee Bernie Williams pops in for a chat at 10 a.m. ET.

Williams spent his entire 16-year career with the Yankees, compiling a career .297 batting average and 287 home runs. He helped the Yankees to four World Series wins in a five-year stretch in 1996, 1998-2000. A music lover, Williams' recently released book, "Rhythms of the Game," examines the influence music had on his baseball career. He believes his deep understanding of the similarities between musical artistry and athletic performance helped him play baseball at a high level.

It's The Morning Buzz -- your morning water cooler break to get you through your next coffee break. Talk about what you want -- Buzz will take your lead. So settle in and enjoy!
