Wiggins was the third overall pick in the 2008 draft.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, WNBA's Candice Wiggins of the 2011 champion Minnesota Lynx stops by to chat some hoops, as well as about Thursday's World Aids Day.

Wiggins has a personal connection to the fight against AIDS, having lost her father, former MLB player Alan Wiggins, to the disease in 1991. She recently shot a video supporting the AIDS battle.

A career 11.6 ppg scorer, Wiggins returned in 2011 after rupturing her Achilles tendon just eight games into the 2010 season. As a rookie in 2008, the Stanford product won the WNBA sixth woman of the year award after averaging 15.7 ppg. Fans can follow her: @candicewiggins.

Send your questions now and join Wiggins Thursday at 3 p.m. ET!
