Chat with Jim Brown
Brown was the sixth overall pick in the 1957 draft.
Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, just hours ahead of the start of the 2012 NFL draft, we'll have hall of fame running back Jim Brown stopping by to chat.
Brown had a record-setting, yet abbreviated nine-year career. He retired from the NFL in 1965 as the career leader in rushing yards (12,312), rushing TDs (106), total TDs (126), as well as the single-season rushing leader (1,863 yards in 1963). His 5.2 yards per carry for his career still remains an NFL record for running backs.
Brown will be in New York City Friday and Saturday hosting events to raise awareness for the United Athlete's Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to leverage the celebrity status of athletes to impact positive change in their communities.
Send your questions now and join Brown Thursday at 3 p.m. ET!
