Welcome to SportsNation! On Tuesday, we'll be talking MLB playoffs when two-time World Series winner Johnny Damon stops by to chat.

In 2004, Damon helped the Boston Red Sox break their 86-year streak without a World Series win. He won his second title in 2009 with the New York Yankees. His 2,769 career hits ranks him 51st all-time and his 1,668 runs is 31st.

This MLB postseason, Damon is working with T-Mobile on the World Series Trophy Tour, where the trophy is making stops around the country, giving fans the chance to see it up close.
