Welcome to SportsNation! On Wednesday, retired Major League Baseball player David Eckstein stops by to chat about the MLB playoffs. Both the ALCS and NLCS resume play Wednesday when the Dodgers host the Cardinals at 4 p.m. ET on TBS and the Tigers host the Red Sox at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.

Eckstein, @DavidEckstein22, played 10 seasons in the majors, for five different teams, winning two World Series. He was the MVP of the 2006 World Series when he hit .364 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He also hit .310 with the Los Angeles Angels in the 2002 World Series win.
