Welcome to SportsNation! On Tuesday, former Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis stops by to chat about the final weeks of the 2011 season.

Portis, who was released by the Washington Redskins in February, rushed for more than 1,200 yards in six of his nine seasons in the NFL and was at or near 1,500 yards four times. He won the 2002 AP Rookie of the Year by rushing for 1,508 yards and 15 TDs in his first of two years with the Broncos.

The 9,923 yards Portis gained during his career ranks him 27th on the all-time career rushing list. His 75 rushing touchdowns rank 22nd all-time.
