NFL Week 7 -- Cowboys at Eagles
Do we already have a two-team race in the NFC East? It appears so, with the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles entering the week at 3-3 and the other two squads combining for one win. Not that the contenders are tearing it up, exactly, and things might get tougher for Dallas if DeMarcus Ware misses a lot of time. Philadelphia itself will be missing a key player (Michael Vick), but backup QB Nick Foles proved pretty effective last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

LeBron James in the NFL?
LeBron James is considering running for president of the National Basketball Players Association, but Dez Bryant thinks LeBron would excel in another off-court activity. Bryant said that LeBron, who was a star football player in high school, could make it in the NFL as a receiver or tight end. LeBron certainly has the size for the position, and it's not like he's never played the sport before, but the two sports have very little in common. Still, if any basketball player could make such a transition, it'd be LeBron.
Dez Bryant has never lacked for confidence, but it's something more than confidence to set 2,000 receiving yards as your goal for a single season. We're not saying it can't be done, it's just that no one has, like, done it. Bryant thinks he'll be the first. Do you agree?
