The idea of parity in the NFL may be a heavily-debated one, but at the midpoint of the NFL's 2010 regular season, more than half the teams in the league are one good or bad streak away from turning their seasons around.

The Colts, long the dominant power in the AFC South, are mired in a four-way race with the Texans, Titans and Jaguars. The Chiefs and Raiders are beating up on one another in the NFC West, but the Chargers could still live up to their early season reputation and come out ahead. Even the Browns have started to make things happen, beating the Saints and Patriots in consecutive weeks. Which of these teams are contenders and which are simply pretending?
