Maurice Jones-Drew has been, for much of his career, in the unenviable position of being a good player stuck on a bad team. Now, nearing the end of his career, he may have a chance to play for a contender. The Jaguars are going to let him test free agency after perhaps the worst season of his otherwise-impressive career. Running backs have a short shelf life in the NFL, and Jones-Drew has more than 8,000 rushing yards on his odometer, but a team looking for part of a running back committee could help rejuvenate his career.
