The Cleveland Browns haven't won a lot of news conferences this offseason, with the dismissal of coach Rob Chudzinski after just one season and the weeks-long search that resulted in the hiring of former Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator Mike Pettine (after numerous rejections from other candidates).
Now comes another unorthodox move: the restructuring of the front office that helped land on Pettine, including the exits of CEO Joe Banner and general manager Mike Lombardi. Ray Farmer was promoted to GM, and the Browns now seem to finally have their structure in place under owner Jimmy Haslam. But will it help put an end to the organization's seemingly endless struggles?
