Quietly this week, amongst the hoopla of the Olympics, NFL training camps got into full swing. How much does it appear RG3 is stepping up as a leader and showing some leadership? Are the coaches holding his hand or are they expecting him to act like the starter both on and off the field?

There's no question who the quarterback is. The coaches are giving him a full workload as the starter, and his teammates are impressed with him in the locker room and in the huddle. Sebastian, very nice start for Jones and Hightower from this view. Think both will help right away. Jones has been fun to watch rushing off the right defensive edge. He is long and athletic.
