Terrence Ross took home the 2013 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest final, beating defending champion Jeremy Evans in the final. But once again the contest lacked the star power of years past, and repeated missed dunks took the air out of the building and left fans wanting more. So can the dunk contest be fixed? Or should the NBA just get rid of what was once All-Star Saturday's marquee event?
