On Wednesday, ESPN's "First Take" debated the way the Lakers have used Dwight Howard this season. Former Lakers coach Phil Jackson criticized the team, saying that there's no consistent plan to use Howard as an offensive weapon. Skip Bayless thinks it's sour grapes on Jackson's part and that Howard isn't nearly as talented as a player like Shaquille O'Neal, whom Jackson mentioned in his analysis. Stephen A. Smith thinks Bayless has a point on the timing of Jackson's comments, but believes Jackson is right-on in his analysis.
