Dominik Hasek leaves behind a legacy of excellence.

After a 16-year career in the NHL, future Hall of Fame goaltender Dominik Hasek is calling it quits.

Known as "The Dominator," Hasek was a fixture in goal for the Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings, as well as spending short periods with the Chicago Blackhawks and Ottawa Senators. Hasek's 389 wins place him tenth all-time among goalies, and his 81 shutouts are sixth all-time. He is the only goalie to record six shutouts in one month, accomplishing that feat in the 1997-98 season.

Hasek's career is indisputably excellent, but where does he rank all-time? We've assembled a list of the best goalies ever to don the pads. Is Hasek in your top 5? Cast your vote now!
