ESPN.com's John Clayton has come out with his list of NFL rookies who will make the biggest positive impact on their respective teams this season. Two of the top three picks in the NFL draft don't appear in Clayton's list because no matter how good they may be, their teams are simply in too much disarray to capitalize on their new-found talent.
