Where do the Red Sox rank?

The Red Sox have increased their lead in the AL wild-card race to four games over the Rangers, which enables them to take a bit of a chance this Tuesday.

Daisuke Matsuzaka, Boston's talented but frustrating starter, will be making his comeback after being on the DL for most of the season. A healthy and effective Dice-K could give the Red Sox a crucial edge in a long playoff matchup, while an ineffective one could leave the Sox relying exclusively on Josh Beckett and Jon Lester.
