How do you size up the top 16 teams in the country?

Kansas may be back at the top of the heap but we have to wonder if that's such a good thing. For the last two teams in that spot, Kentucky and Texas, it was a curse that resulted in quick losses. Maybe a comfy No. 2 spot is just fine in early February?
