The Miami Heat were No. 8 in your rankings last week.

What does the NBA's balance of power look like to you?

The Miami Heat are going to turn it on at some point. At least that's what we've been told by the experts. But having lost four of their past five games, we're starting to wonder if that's going to happen before the New Year, if at all. LeBron James and company recently had a players-only meeting to discuss the direction of the team, which just happens to include a trip north to Cleveland on Thursday where James will play against his former team for the first time.
