Despite the fact that their team hasn't won a Stanley Cup in forever (literally), Blues boosters are far from blue. Chalk it up to a hardworking front office that's led by 2012 GM of the Year Doug Armstrong. Along with Tampa Bay's Steve Yzerman, Armstrong is one of only two NHL GMs to have served on the management staff for a world championship gold, an Olympic gold and a Stanley Cup. And he knows how to make fans smile. In February fans got to see Alex Steen (and mascot Louis) rocking a mullet and T.J. Oshie in day-glo shorts. It was part of an '80s-themed Casino Night that benefited the Blues 14 Fund, which has raised more than $3 million since it was established in 1998 to honor former Blues center Doug Wickenheiser.
